Robin Kolwicz is a paralegal in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group working mainly in Real Estate. She joined Lewis Roca in 2014. Robin has spent over 25 years in the legal community as a paralegal developing her advanced skillset.

Robin takes a leading role in complex commercial real estate transactions for large institutional clients with nationwide asset portfolios, including the acquisition and sale of improved and unimproved real property, lease negotiation, commercial loans, and other real estate finance transactions. 

Robin advises clients on a nationwide basis regarding title, survey, and other due diligence matters and works directly with title companies and surveyors to negotiate resolution of substantive issues. She coordinates lawyer teams to conduct multistate real property portfolio due diligence for all types of clients from small businesses to publicly traded companies with national portfolios of commercial, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties.

Robin provides leasing support for large institutional clients whose asset portfolios include commercial, retail, restaurant, and medical properties.  She prepares initial drafts of leases incorporating letter of intent terms and other negotiated provisions, analyzes and advises on recorded documents related to leasing operations, prepares lease abstracts, and works directly with clients to prepare and revise lease amendments and renewals.

Robin has been a panel speaker at the Arizona Professional Land Surveyors Conference and has led paralegal educational seminars on title and survey matters for the National Business Institute.  Robin’s prior experience includes corporate work, Arizona water rights, and commercial litigation.
