Patrick is an associate in the firm's Litigation, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, and eDiscovery Practice Groups. Patrick is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and assists clients on all aspects of data privacy and cybersecurity compliance and response, from international and domestic data privacy and cybersecurity regulation compliance to data management policies and procedures. Patrick works with clients to prepare for and avoid data breaches, and counsels them in the event of a data breach. Patrick advises clients on data and cybersecurity issues in the sale, acquisition, and merger of corporate entities, and in data-sharing agreements with business partners.

His litigation practice focuses on corporate, intellectual property, and emerging industries litigation in California, Arizona, and Colorado. Patrick handles any issues his clients come across, from formation to dissolution and everything in between, including profit sharing, licensing, real estate, or derivative actions.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, during which time he worked at the USC IP and Technology Law Clinic and externed for the Honorable Neil W. Bason, C.D. Cal. Bkr.
