With an impressive 36-year tenure in the legal and business sectors, Van Winkle brings unparalleled experience and a proven record of leadership to GPL. His appointment also reaffirms the firm's dedication to driving positive change and advancing progress throughout the greater Phoenix area and beyond.

GPL's core mission is to elevate the quality of life in Phoenix and the state by uniting talent, resources, and leadership to tackle vital issues. In his role as Chairman, Van Winkle will collaborate with accomplished business and community leaders to spearhead initiatives that shape the region's business and social landscape.

Van Winkle's unwavering commitment to community service is exemplified by his extensive involvement in various organizations. He has been a pivotal member of the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee since 2005 and currently serves as Secretary of Downtown Phoenix Inc. Moreover, Van Winkle lends his experience to organizations such as the Phoenix Local Organizing Committee for the Final Four and the Banner Health Foundation, where he previously held the position of Chair. Additionally, he has served on the boards and chaired committees for Ballet Arizona and Homeward Bound.

Notably, Van Winkle previously served as Pro Bono Legal Counsel to the Board, Co-Chair of the Arts & Culture Task Force, Vice-Chair and Membership Committee Chair for Greater Phoenix Leadership, showcasing his longstanding dedication to the organization's mission and values.
