Karen Kim is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. Karen's practice focuses on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on trademark and copyright law. She has experience managing all aspects of global trademark portfolios, including the clearance, prosecution, maintenance, assignment, licensing, and enforcement of clients' trademarks and trade dress. Karen also regularly represents and advises clients on issues related to the protection and enforcement of copyrights.

Karen has represented clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has experience representing clients in trademark, copyright, and patent infringement, unfair competition, and counterfeiting actions in federal court. She also routinely prepares and counsels clients on intellectual property-related agreements, including assignment and licensing agreements.
