Justin Winquist is Of Counsel in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Justin focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith claims, while also experienced in complex commercial litigation and business disputes, class actions, appeals, personal injury, and product liability, working with clients such as national property and casualty insurance providers and equipment manufacturers.

Justin's experience litigating cases from both sides of the aisle with a focus on defense in state and federal courts has given him a unique perspective, which he uses to facilitate favorable settlements and defeat claims on motions in the early stages of a dispute to minimize costly litigation. When continued litigation is unavoidable, Justin ably guides clients through every phase, including pre- and post-trial motions, discovery, trial, and appeals.

In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time on the water, creating art, and woodworking.
