Lewis Roca Welcomes Experienced Trial Lawyer to Denver Office

DENVER (September 2, 2022) – Lewis Roca announced E. Job Seese has joined the firm as a Partner and member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

An experienced trial lawyer, Seese serves a broad range of clients including mid-market firms, closely held businesses and private individuals involved in business disputes. He is a trusted advocate and advisor for clients in all types of business disputes, including oil and gas, cannabis, real estate, non-competes, class actions, and diverse contractual matters.

Seese spent the first decade of his legal career practicing at global law firms where he litigated domestic and international infrastructure cases, represented clients in construction litigation, and defended nationwide class actions. In more recent years, Seese has focused his practice in the oil & gas sector, where he represents both E&P and midstream clients. He also represents landowners and agricultural interests in various business and real property disputes, cannabis and hemp clients, and small to mid-cap companies.

Prior to entering private practice, Seese served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Stanley F. Birch, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He received his J.D. with highest honors from Washington and Lee School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of the South.
