Job is an experienced trial lawyer who handles a diverse range of business disputes, including oil and gas, cannabis/hemp, land issues, construction, non-competes, and general contractual matters. Job’s oil and gas practice focuses primarily on E&P and midstream companies, which he has represented in a wide range of disputes in federal and state courts. Job’s current clients range from national corporate clients to Colorado-based landowners, agricultural interests, and cannabis and hemp companies.

Job spent the first decade of his legal career practicing at global law firms where he litigated domestic and international infrastructure cases, represented clients in large construction litigation, and defended nationwide class actions.

Prior to entering private practice, Job served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Stanley F. Birch, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
