Nicolas T. Martino

Nicolas Martino is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and product liability.

Nicolas is experienced in representing a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to individuals, in state and federal courts across the country where he has executed all phases of litigation. He has worked extensively with automotive and equipment manufacturers, transportation companies, and other businesses to solve complex legal and technical problems.

Nicolas also has experience coordinating the investigation of new matters, including the coordination of accident scene, vehicle, fire scene, and debris inspections.
