Jessica Helm

Jessie Helm joined Lewis Roca in 2012, and is part of the firm’s Litigation and Appellate Groups. Jessie works on a range of litigation matters, including insurance defense, medical malpractice, antitrust, and securities. She routinely provides support on appeals for casinos, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and government entities.

Jessie is a powerhouse case manager who specializes in complex, high-stakes litigation and appeals, often under extreme time pressure. She has joined dozens of trial teams, assisting with motions in limine, jury instructions, trial briefs, and post-judgment motions. Jessie is also part of the firm’s eDiscovery team and provides education and advice on electronic data management, database hygiene, and trial support. She is experienced in trial presentations, hot seat support, and courtroom management. She is also an expert in the most difficult aspects of appellate procedure.
