Cassin Brown is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Cassin's practice focuses on commercial litigation matters in state and federal court. He has experience researching and drafting discovery, writing dispositive, and procedural motions for various commercial litigation disputes involving construction, real estate, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, discovery disputes, and complex litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Cassin completed externships with the Honorable Larry R. Hicks of the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the Nevada Attorney General's Office. He also served as a law clerk in the Consumer Rights Project at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
Personal Approach
Cassin approaches each case with a competitive nature and a practical and business-minded approach to understanding and accomplishing client objectives. Colleagues and clients alike appreciate his willingness to proactively communicate through all phases of litigation and pursue timely and successful resolution of disputes.
When away from work, Cassin is an avid outdoorsman, skier, and golfer who enjoys taking in all that his beautiful home state of Nevada has to offer.
