Angie Groves is a paralegal in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. Her primary focus is on Commercial Real Estate and Construction related industries. Prior to joining Lewis Roca in January 2019, she spent 18 years working for a variety of real estate-related companies in Denver, Colorado.
Angie has vast experience in escrow and title services, commercial transactions, development loans for mixed-use, commercial, hotel, multifamily, and low-income housing tax credits. Her previous experience includes lease amendment preparations and negotiations for medical office buildings, supporting investment funds in their corporate filing needs, processing loans for a boutique funding group, and several years as an Escrow Officer closing residential and commercial transactions. In addition, her expertise includes various aspects of commercial closings, real estate, and security filings, including deal management and closing services.
