Lewis Roca Welcomes Litigators to Phoenix Office

PHOENIX (February 13, 2023) – With a focus on continued growth and expansion of the firm’s Litigation practice, Lewis Roca announced Todd Feltus and Sarah Humble have joined the firm in Phoenix. Feltus joins as a Partner and Humble joins as Of Counsel. With the addition of Feltus and Humble, their experience bolsters an already award- winning litigation practice in Phoenix.

Feltus, a litigator with more than 20 years of experience, focuses his practice on complex business litigation. He handles litigation matters in state and federal court related to business acquisitions, corporate governance, defamation, real estate contracts, professional malpractice, trade secrets, and estate and trust litigation. He also has extensive experience advising clients in appellate matters. Many of his clients range from publicly traded companies to small businesses and individuals in various industries, including real estate, construction, telecommunications, hospitality and food services, consulting services, waste management, and banking and financial services, and software and information management.

Active in the community, Feltus is a Life member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee and serves as a Board member and Board Counsel for the Shemer Art Center. He also serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Arizona College of Law. Feltus is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and the American Bar Foundation. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in the area of commercial litigation, litigation - banking and finance and was named The Best Lawyers in America, “Lawyer of the Year” for litigation – banking and finance in 2022. Feltus received his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law, magna cum laude and his A.B. from Brown University.

Humble focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including business litigation and intellectual property disputes. She also has extensive experience in complex litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and practices in both state and federal court, and regularly represents clients in arbitration and mediation. She has also represented clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, health care, and waste management.

Humble received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Arizona, magna cum laude. She clerked for the Honorable Brenda K. Sannes in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
