Katherine is an associate in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group. Katherine's practice focuses on matters relating to commercial real estate transactions, state tax matters and general business transactions.
During her time at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Katherine was a limited practitioner before the United States Trademark and Patent Office. Katherine regularly performed U.S. and international trademark clearances and prosecutions for clients in a variety of industries.
In her spare time, Katherine enjoys baking, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors.
