Chad Caby's practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring, including the representation of corporate creditors, debtors, and trustees in bankruptcy and ‎insolvency proceedings under all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as workouts and restructuring entities outside of court. Chad has represented debtors, creditors, and monitors in Chapter 15 cross-border insolvency cases filed in the District of Wyoming and Colorado. He also regularly represents banks and secured and unsecured creditors in general commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
