Lewis Roca Expands Litigation Practices with the Addition of Two Lawyers
Denver (October 23, 2019) – Lewis Roca LLP expands litigation resources and services available to clients with the addition of two new associates who have joined the firm during the last two months.
Tyler Nemkov, Litigation
Nemkov is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice who has experience drafting dispositive motions, pleadings and discovery matters for a variety of cases involving patent infringement, premises liability and breach of contract. He recently completed a clerkship for Senior Judge Lewis T. Babcock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Nemkov received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.S., with distinction, from the University of Colorado.
Nathan Thoreson, Litigation
Thoreson is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice with a focus on representing international and domestic clients in patent infringement investigations before the International Trade Commission. He has also represented wireless carriers, technology companies, and pharmaceutical companies in federal court. Thoreson recently completed a clerkship with Judge Craig Welling of the Colorado Court of Appeals. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan.
