Mike Dugger

Mike Dugger is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Lewis Roca. He is responsible for leading all financial, operational and administrative support functions and works closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee to advise, develop and execute the firm’s strategic priorities. Mike is known for embracing and driving change, building high performing, collaborative teams and leveraging technology that streamlines operations and increases financial performance and results.
