Proud to be Persuing Mansfield 6.0 Certification
The recently launched 2022 version of the Mansfield Rule – aimed at increasing and sustaining diversity in law firm leadership – is the most challenging yet and Lewis Roca is proud to be seeking 6.0 certification. After participating in the Mansfield Rule in 2021, we look forward to ensuring our diversity efforts meet the new criteria requiring consideration of at least 30% historically underrepresented lawyers when appointing leadership roles and promoting into the equity partnership, as well as a dozen other activities that focus on the path to leadership.
