Lewis Roca Announces Addition to Litigation Practice Group
DENVER (July 12, 2021) – Lewis Roca announced Broc Gullett has joined the firm as an Associate and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Gullett’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in various industries, including but not limited to banking, real estate, commercial construction, insurance, automotive, and interstate cargo. He has extensive experience researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda in several areas of law in support of his clients’ interests. Gullett also has considerable courtroom experience in state and federal courts, and is well-versed in pursuing alternative dispute options, such as arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to moving to Denver in 2021, Gullett practiced in Detroit, Michigan, where he volunteered for the Eastern District of Michigan Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, working as co-chair of the FBA’s RISE Committee, which focuses on networking and development for new lawyers. Gullett also interned for Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Bridget Mary McCormack.
Gullett received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University’s College of Law and his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of South Dakota, where he played offensive line for USD’s NCAA Division 1 football team.
