Lewis Roca Adds Litigator in Las Vegas Office

LAS VEGAS (August 2, 2022) – Lewis Roca announced Stephen D. Steele has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as Of Counsel in Las Vegas. With the addition of Steele, the firm’s Las Vegas office further enhances its ability to address clients’ diverse litigation and appellate needs.

As an experienced litigator, Steele represents individuals, small businesses and multinational corporations in a variety of areas, including insurance coverage and bad faith, premises liability, products liability and commercial disputes. He regularly represents clients in state and federal court, arbitrations, and mediations. Steele has represented Las Vegas hotels and casinos, transportation entities, and other businesses in the investigation and defense of cases involving fraud, catastrophic injury and professional liability.     

In the community, Steele currently serves on the board of Legacy Traditional Schools Nevada. He has also volunteered with various community organizations including the City of Las Vegas, Denver Public Schools, St. Vincent de Paul, Feed My Starving Children, Bishops’ Storehouse, and Living Hope Lutheran Church. Steele has also been recognized as a Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of litigation for the past two years.  

Steele received his J.D. from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, his Master’s Degree from Arizona State University, and his B.A. from Brigham Young University. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, Colorado and Arizona.
