PHOENIX (September 1, 2023) – Lewis Roca Partner, Laura Pasqualone has been named a Fellow of the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Pasqualone specializes in labor and employment law and business litigation and serves as the Managing Partner of the firm’s Phoenix office.

LCA's membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of North American lawyers, judges, and scholars, and fellowship is by invitation only. Fellows are selected and invited into fellowship after being evaluated for excellence and accomplishment in litigation, coupled with a superior professional and ethical reputation. 

Pasqualone's selection into the LCA underscores her extensive experience in her legal practice. She primarily focuses on employment law and business litigation, guiding employers on federal, state, and local employment regulations. Her counsel includes preemptive counseling, emergency advice, and litigation representation for issues like discrimination, sexual harassment, and breach of contract. Her experience extends to complex matters including restrictive covenants and trade secret misappropriation, and she's a sought-after speaker on employment law matters.

Pasqualone's achievements have led to consistent recognition by Chambers USA, Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Employment Litigation, Benchmark Litigation as a Labor and Employment Law Star, and Best Lawyers as a Best Lawyer in America.

Active in the community, Pasqualone is the Co-chair of Business Development in North America for the Employment Law Alliance and a member of the Charter 100, Arizona Chapter.  She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
