Variable Rate Revenue Bonds

Engaged as both bond counsel and company counsel in connection with the issuance and sale of $44,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of variable rate revenue bonds, the proceeds of which are being used to finance a significant portion of the new arena for a National Basketball Association franchise.
