• Represented a national water company in proceedings before the Arizona Corporation Commission seeking approval for initial public offering of parent company's stock.
• Legislative matters, including drafting and helping ensure passage of legislation involving tax, franchise, right of way and regulatory issues.
• Contract negotiations and review for cable and telecommunications providers of interconnection, franchise, license, right of way, sales and service transactions.
