• Long-standing representation of an FDA-regulated company that collects, tests and distributes millions of blood components throughout the U.S. and to the European Union.
• Represented a pharmaceutical company in litigation in which plaintiffs alleged breast cancer following use of the company's drug intended to alleviate symptoms of menopause. This mass tort litigation involved claims of approximately 6,000 plaintiffs nationwide and hundreds of plaintiffs in Nevada.
• Represented a large manufacturer of latex gloves in mass tort litigation.
• Represent pharmaceutical companies in class action and multi-district litigation cases.
• Represented of a major tire manufacturer in numerous cases in the southwest, as well as locally, where coordination with other regional teams and a national team is a daily task.
• Past work as national coordinating counsel in more than 1,500 separate cases involving an implant device.
