Major Groundwater and Wastewater Systems Consolidated Action

Represented major groundwater and wastewater systems company in a consolidated action arising out of the City of Phoenix’s termination of the client during the construction of a major addition to a City owned wastewater treatment plant. The City sought to recover more than $100 million from the client, and the client sought to recover more than $70 million from the City. The action involved factually complex wrongful termination and construction claims and required extensive electronic discovery involving millions of electronic records.
