- Representation of a heavy equipment company in a multi-million dollar antitrust/intellectual property case in the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals;
- Representation of a steel company and its subsidiaries in major multi-million dollar litigation arising out of a leveraged buyout. This Colorado district court and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals litigation involved concepts of fraudulent conveyances, professional malpractice on the part of accountants and investment advisors, and other financial issues;
- Representation of a bank in cases in numerous jurisdictions over the bank's role as trustee in over a billion dollars of municipal bond deals;
- Representation of hundreds of pilots in complex litigation, including argument before the United States Supreme Court, in a variety of later issues surrounding a pilots' strike and bankruptcy cases;
- Serving as general counsel to the liquidating bankruptcy trusts of two of the largest bankruptcy trusts ever filed, including multi-million dollar fraudulent conveyances litigation;
- Representation of a manufacturer in complex patent litigation involving high-tech night vision goggles;
- Representation of a utility in major litigation involving the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant;
- Representation of a publicly traded company and some of its officers and directors in state and federal court proceedings concerning claims for breach of contract, fraudulent conveyances and alleged D&O negligence;
- Representation of a Fortune 500 company in a three-month jury trial in a complicated product liability matter involving an allegedly defective computer system;
- Representation of a high tech company in a multi-million dollar CERCLA-Superfund case in Phoenix;
- Representation of the bankruptcy estate of an Alaskan airline in a multi-million dollar claim against a major airline;
- Representation of a bank in an action involving former Governor Fife Symington;
- Representation of a large multi-national natural gas company in an action arising out of a failed venture capital investment;
- Representation of a South Korean conglomerate in an action to recover advance payments made in connection with a frozen chicken trading program;
- Representation of the United States Postal service in a cybersquatting matter; and
- Representation of a public company in resolving disputes arising out of its acquisition of a local business involved in the purchasing of tax liens.
