General Hospitality Experience

• Represented a well known owner and operator of hotels, in all aspects of its acquisition and
  disposition of hotels throughout the United States. Aided in acquiring limited and full-service
  hotels and entered into licensing or franchise agreements with major hotel chains.
• Represented a Scottsdale resort spa in a contract dispute.
• Handled space lease and ground lease negotiations on behalf of a national chain of Asian bistros
  and its subsidiaries.
• Reviewed franchise agreements for national coffeehouse chain.
• Structured and administered restaurant partnerships for national Asian Bistro, which was used to
  give key employees an ownership stake in the restaurants.
• Prepared restaurant leasing agreements for national chain and restaurant management agreements
  for high-profile chefs.
• We have also helped clients on liquor license matters and handled a great deal of intellectual
  property matters for many of the largest resort/casinos in Nevada
