Constitutionality of School Voucher Programs

Representation of the National School Board Association, the National Parent-Teacher Association, and more than a dozen other public education advocacy organizations in filing an amicus curiae brief with the United States Supreme Court in Zelman v. Simmons-Harris, in which the Court considered the constitutionality of school voucher programs. The NSBA solicited Lewis and Roca to prepare this important brief because of the unique, combined strength of our education and appellate practice groups.
