Civil Engineering Firm Complaint

Defended civil engineering firm on developer’s third party complaint arising out of a homeowner class action lawsuit. We successfully moved for summary judgment on standard of care and lack of causation and obtained a complete defense judgment and dismissal. We applied for attorneys’ fees and while the motion was pending, settled with the developer, resulting in payment of $250,000 to our client.
