Business Overhead Insurance Policy

Represented a life insurance company where plaintiff sued under a business overhead insurance policy claiming that he was entitled to a $750,000 benefit because he could no longer perform the duties of his occupation. The case involved hotly disputed issues over the insurance agreement and the plaintiff’s medical condition. Following cross-motions for summary judgment the court granted our client summary judgment.
