You are invited to join Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie for a roundtable discussion focused on the current state of the law in Colorado and elsewhere, regarding non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and the protection of trade secrets.  Colorado’s unique statute voiding such agreements, except in certain circumstances, will be addressed.
