Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie has named Lauren Schneider, a partner in the firm’s intellectual property group, as office managing partner in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley, among other leadership moves.

Schneider joined Lewis Roca in 2016 as part of the firm’s merger with Christie, Parker & Hale. At the time, the merger doubled the firm’s number of IP attorneys to about 80.

Lewis Roca’s Los Angeles and Silicon Valley offices have more than 40 IP lawyers who focus on trademark prosecution, patent prosecution, licensing, option work, post-grant proceedings and litigation.

Other moves included:

Partner Michael Wagner and associate Rachel Hammond joined the firm’s IP group in Denver from national boutique Merchant & Gould, following former partner Greg Leibold, who joined Lewis Roca last month.

Greg Lampert, a Los Angeles-based attorney who specializes in mechanical and electromechanical arts, was named co-practice leader for the IP group, joining current leader Joshua Chu.

Laura Pasqualone, a partner in the firm’s labor and employment law and litigation practices, is stepping into the role of office managing partner in Phoenix. Pasqualone joined the firm 10 years ago.
