Kate Hubert’s practice skills focus on Leverage Leasing (with an emphasis on aviation), Mergers and Acquisitions (with an emphasis on healthcare companies large and small, and collision repair and customization enterprises from franchisors/franchisees to boutique shops). Kate assists the firm’s clients in equipment leasing, finance, and corporate law, including complex commercial transactions, both cross-border and domestic.
