Joe Hykan is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients through all phases of litigation and in commercial litigation disputes and class action cases in various industries including medical, banking and labor and employment. Joe has served as second-chair on depositions and conducted e-discovery research for motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgement. While in law school, Joe was on the Editorial Board for the Virginia Law Review.
