Megan’s practice centers around the needs of institutional clients, particularly those in the religious sphere. A member of the firm’s litigation practice group, she has deep and broad experience in crisis and risk management work and alternative dispute resolution methods, in addition to more traditional litigation practice. Both within and beyond the religious institutions sphere, she has handled matters involving employment claims, personal injury allegations, first-party bad faith insurance claims, condemnation actions, and business-to-business contract disputes.

Megan prides herself on her ability to develop a relationship with her clients that allows her to fully understand their goals, motivations, risk appetite, culture, and priorities. Others describe her as a deep and detail-oriented thinker who examines an issue from multiple perspectives to be sure her clients receive sound and forward-looking advice. Megan recognizes the importance of collaboration and creativity in her profession, aiming to proactively solve problems for her clients before they escalate but equally capable of addressing them once they arise.

Megan is originally from southern California and now lives in Denver with her husband, two kids, and American bulldog.
