Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP litigation lawyer, Darren Lemieux, has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only honorary organization in which members are highly-qualified trial lawyers providing guidance and leadership on issues and legislation affecting the American judicial litigation process.

“Darren is a well-respected trial lawyer with a proven track record of success and excellent client service in and out of the courtroom,” said Jessica Fuller, co-practice group leader of the firm’s Litigation practice group. “It is an honor to congratulate Darren on his appointment as a Fellow to such a prestigious organization.”

Lemieux is a litigator and trial lawyer who handles complex, high-stakes, commercial litigation matters involving business torts, contracts and partnership disputes, trade secrets and intellectual property, and other commercial matters, including liquor law and franchise rights. He strives to resolve client matters and disputes through pre-trial mediation, arbitration and settlement conferences as well as post-trial appeals, when necessary.

Lemieux also practices in the area of health care and has over a decade of experience representing hospitals in civil commitment cases, guardianship petitions and other matters concerning mental health and health care issues. He is the former chairman of the American Heart Association Western States Affiliate’s Executive Leadership Team and a former board member of the American Lung Association of Colorado. Lemieux received his J.D., cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
