Taking a Stand Against Hate
Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
March 16, 2021 -- The rise in hate crimes against Asian Americans in California and across the U.S. and violence against members of the Pan-Asian community since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic is deeply troubling. As we do for all of our diverse colleagues, as a firm, we stand with our Asian American colleagues and will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or racism and condemn all forms of violence and xenophobia. We have signed the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s (NAPABA) “Stand Against Hate” statement and will continue to ensure that we foster an inclusive, safe environment for everyone associated with our firm.
