International Engineering Malpractice

Defended an international engineering firm in an engineering malpractice suit brought by the City of Tucson in connection with a water treatment plant. The firm had designed the plant and administered the $100 million construction contract. The City sued, seeking $20 million in damages for alleged water leakage and concrete defects. The matter was mediated and successfully settled.
