• Defended a large national bank in an e-commerce patent infringement case involving an internet payment system for paying for goods and services with a credit card. Favorable settlement for the client after winning several motions for partial summary judgment.
• Successfully represented defendants in obtaining summary judgment on copyright infringement, DMCA and unfair competition lawsuit filed by national healthcare service company.
• Represented major credit card company in trademark infringement, dilution and cybersquatting case concerning defendant’s unauthorized use of our client’s mark.
• Represented apparel manufacturer in multiple patent and trademark infringements involving the seizure of infringing goods.
• Obtained summary judgment for a governmental related agency in trademark infringement case finding the client’s mark was a protectable trademark and registration of that mark as a domain name by a competitor constituted infringement and cybersquatting.
